FDIC: The Survey of Real Estate Trends
The Survey of Real Estate Trends summarizes observations of senior examiners and asset managers at the FDIC, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Office of Thrift Supervision, and the Federal Reserve System about developments in real estate markets in local metropolitan areas. Markets covered include local single-family, multifamily, office, retail and industrial real estate. Surveys are collected each January and July, and the Survey is published the following month. Past surveys extend to October 1995.
